We are seeking a pivotal player: a proactive, seasoned professional with a passion for navigating the realms of Data Science, especially in the realm of NLP and LLMs. We desire a highly autonomous individual with a proven track record in generating innovative solutions and optimizing data-driven operations.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for shaping the methods of data preprocessing, training Large Language Models (LLMs), and facilitating their seamless integration into our business processes for our team of ML and prompt engineers. Furthermore, your role will encompass the consistent performance, evaluation, and enhancement of the models once in operational use.

Requirements:

• Design data architecture for scale.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP): Thorough comprehension of NLP and related applications.
• Ideally experience with Large Language Models (LLMs): Direct involvement in the fine-tuning, training, deploying, and evaluation of LLMs.
• Familiarity with Deep Learning Frameworks: Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries.
• Proficient in Handling Large-Scale Data: Skills in managing, cleaning, and preprocessing large-scale datasets.

• Own the feedback loop of testing and improving the created models.
