We are in search of a crucial component: a hands-on, experienced professional who is keen on taking the reins of Infrastructure Engineering, particularly in MLOps and LLMOps. We seek a highly autonomous individual with an established track record in product creation and streamlining operations.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be tasked with shaping the process of data management, training LLM models, and facilitating their transition into production for our team of ML and prompt engineers. Moreover, your role will also oversee the continuous availability, observability, and security of the models and their APIs once in production.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on MLOps and LLMOps, showing a clear understanding of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.
• Proficiency in managing data pipelines, model development, and deployment frameworks, especially for large language models.
• Demonstrable experience with cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS. This includes experience with cloud storage, compute instances, security measures, cloud networking, and managed services.
• Experience in implementing industry-standard observability tools for monitoring, logging, and tracing for the efficient debugging and resolution of issues in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of network and data security measures, with the ability to ensure the safety of our models and APIs in production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to mentor team members, guiding their professional development and nurturing a collaborative and positive team culture.
• A keen eye for system optimization to improve scalability and manage costs effectively.
• Solid understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment concepts (CI/CD), and experience in implementing these practices.
• Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages would be a plus, enabling effective communication with our machine learning and prompt engineering teams.
